Heat-resistant lubricant and release agent | Whity Coat <Aerosol>

High adhesion to metal and graphite; a heat-resistant lubricant and release agent made of boron nitride.

The main component is boron nitride, which is combined with a resin binder that has lubricating properties, allowing it to form a lubricating film that does not release boron nitride powder even at room temperature. The film has high strength, excellent load resistance, and durability. It is electrically insulating and does not react with molten metals, glass, etc. Maximum heat resistance: 900°C in an oxidizing atmosphere, 1200°C in a vacuum, and 2200°C in an inert atmosphere.

Heat-resistant lubricant and release agent | Silver Lube N <Aerosol>

For lubrication, release, and prevention of seizure at ultra-high temperatures! Spraying creates a silver-colored wet film!

The main components of this product are aluminum fine powder and mineral oil, which create a silver, wet film when sprayed. The heat resistance temperature ranges from -60°C to 1,200°C, and unlike solid lubricants, the aluminum fine powder melts at high temperatures to provide lubrication, release, and anti-seizing functions. Additionally, a low-toxicity hydrocarbon solvent is used. Aerosol: 420ml 【Features】 ■ Heat resistance temperature ranges from -60°C to 1,200°C ■ Functions for lubrication, release, and anti-seizing ■ Low friction coefficient at high temperatures ■ Excellent lubrication and release properties ■ High upper limit of heat resistance *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
